1. WATCH OUT! PAY ATTENTION TO:
- unusual changes in your surroundings or strange events;
- unnatural or suspicious behavior of a person or group of people.
2. RUN! 鈥� if you hear gunshots, explosions, etc.:
- leave your belongings behind (don鈥檛 waste time on anything that may slow you down);
- help others escape if you can do so without slowing yourself down;
- if possible, prevent others from entering the danger zone;
- once you鈥檙e safe, call the emergency number 112 and inform security services.
3. HIDE! 鈥� if you鈥檙e unable to escape:
- hide out of the attacker鈥檚 sight;
- lock and barricade the doors to your hiding place;
- turn off the lights;
- silence your phone, turn off vibrations, and stay very quiet;
- remove anything that makes noise, like rustling clothing or jangling items;
- try to control your breathing;
- if you hear gunfire, lie flat on the floor away from doors and windows.
4. STOP THE ATTACK! 鈥� fight only as a last resort when your life is in immediate danger:
- try to overpower the attacker using the element of surprise; cooperate with others if possible;
- use maximum physical aggression;
- improvise your weapons 鈥� use whatever is within reach (pencil, high heel, laptop, etc.). Remember: anything can be a weapon;
- surprise is key;
- if you choose to fight, be determined and committed 鈥� your life depends on it!
REACT! REPORT! DON鈥橳 BE INDIFFERENT!
REMEMBER! During an anti-terrorist operation, try to remain calm 鈥� such events often cause chaos, panic, and shock:
- avoid rash actions 鈥� lie on the floor and seek cover, keep your hands on your head until the operation is over;
- follow the orders and instructions of the anti-terrorist team 鈥� do not distract them with unnecessary questions;
- do not rub your eyes if tear gas is used;
- in case of gunfire, lie down or hide behind a solid object;

- do not record videos during the threat 鈥� your life and safety are more important than content for social media;
- during police operations, do not share information about the actions of security forces on social media 鈥� terrorists must not benefit from your updates.
